"My husband and I have lived in our house with white walls for 25 years because we could not agree on decorating ideas. Neither of us would give in. When he suggested we try an interior designer, I jumped at it before he could change his mind. Valerie came to our rescue. She really is amazing. She would take my ideas and explain why it would or would not work and did the same with my husband’s. She is quite the mediator. Once we agreed on the project, she was right there the whole time, making sure that the work was getting done they way we agreed on. Once the structural work was done, the fun began with color, something we had not been able to do ourselves, and shopping for furniture and décor that fit the look we were going for. We cannot be happier than we are right now with our “new” home and it is quite the sanctuary. We LOVE our house now. We still have some dream projects, and when we can do them, Valerie will be called before anything is done so we make the right choices… and stay married."
